As the world\u2019s largest oil producer, the Middle East employs thousands of people to work in the dangerous but financially rewarding oil and gas industry. For many decades, men have been going to work in a potentially hazardous environment, all to support their families.<\/p>\n

Even today, this dynamic hasn\u2019t changed. But what has changed is the workforce. The oil and gas industry, alongside plants and refineries, need to prepare for the loss of the aging and experienced workers. We are about to lose a number of our finest employees to retirement, and we have to make way for new employees.<\/p>\n

However, employers have some trepidation, and it\u2019s not unfounded. The new workforce is one which relies heavily on technology. And while the gas and oil industry itself is full of technology to control everyday operations, its health and safety procedures generally are not.<\/p>\n

So how do we cascade the health and safety knowledge of those employees before us to new recruits in a far more modern way? How we do capture the essence of what was learnt from a handbook and practical experience, into an easy-to-learn module that new workers will understand?<\/p>\n

We use safety training videos<\/a>, Equipment Handling Videos, Lessons Learnt Videos, Testimonial Videos, and plenty of them.<\/p>\n
