In this article, we\u2019re going to take a look into the evolution of the animation and production techniques we\u2019ve worked with for the past decade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep in mind that we\u2019ve worked on hundreds of projects over the last ten years, we\u2019ll just be covering some of the highlights. (https:\/\/arabdrill.com\/) Wherever heavy machinery is involved, safety is not a joking matter, If you\u2019re using that heavy machinery to obtain flammable substances in large quantities it\u2019s better to go the extra mile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"maxbutton-6 maxbutton maxbutton-tv-commercial-video-production-dubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/video\"><span class='mb-text'>TV Commercial Video Production Dubai<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Researcher Harald Weinreich &amp; Jakob Nielson published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nngroup.com\/articles\/how-little-do-users-read\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a study<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that measured 45,237 page views from 25 different users. According to their results, the average user only read 20% of the information on a page. When it comes to safety training, that\u2019s just unacceptable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is actually worse for Millenials. Repsly published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.repsly.com\/blog\/consumer-goods\/the-average-millennials-attention-span-shorter-than-your-goldfishs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an article<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the subject \u201cToday, attention has become a commodity for marketers. It\u2019s scarce. And like anything in economics, scarcity means higher demand, higher value, and ultimately higher costs.\u201d There is some debate on this subject, however, there is a general agreement that stimulating visuals are a must have for modern content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sure, the resolution and cuts might appear a little ragged today, a lot has changed over the last decade. Regardless, the video is a great example of the animated overlaid captions. Still a common element in modern videos, remarking important information with overlaid text will help deliver the message.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-21946\" src=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a1-300x228.gif\" alt=\"animated video\" width=\"300\" height=\"228\" \/>One of our favorites is the slow zoom in, this effect generates a lot of visual weight and can make the text very memorable. It\u2019s important that your captions are properly animated, if they\u2019re too still, they won\u2019t be engaging. However, too much motion will make them hard to read. A balance between engagement and readability is crucial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3D_Animations\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3D Animations<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><iframe title=\"HF Dubai Lighter than Air Project\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/97639343?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moving forward a few years, we produced a video presentation for the \u201cDubai Lighter than Air Project\u201d. This project involved using blimps for corporate promotion and skydiving tours in Dubai. They wanted a presentation that captured the excitement of their concept, which was no easy task. Jumping from a flying blimp can be very exciting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this case, our clients Van Wagner and HF Facilities Management wanted a 360\u00ba take of their blimp mid-air. Nowadays, filming technology has improved significantly. Plus, drones can severely reduce the cost of aerial takes. Back then it was a different story. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actually making a take like that was too ambitious for the project, that didn\u2019t stop us from delivering our clients the video they wanted. The desition to solve this issue using software was simple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-21947\" src=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a2-300x160.gif\" alt=\"2d animation\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a2-300x160.gif 300w, https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a2-768x410.gif 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using 3D animation, we were able to create the take they were looking for. Building a 3D model of their bling was a much more realistic approach, and the results were amazing. In the end, a good video is about the message. The cleaner graphics allowed for better visibility of the promotional potential of a blimp, which was the goal of the take in the first place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nowadays, there are many available API\u2019s and user-friendly software, almost anyone can animate their content. Now, to achieve these levels of quality and customization it\u2019s necessary to have expert modeler and animators. One of the reasons we\u2019ve managed to sustain a thriving business for so long is our desition to work with the best experts in each field. Results speak by themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2D_Animations\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2D Animations<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><iframe title=\"AXIOM TVC\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/113825177?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a while, 2D animations with high visual impact started trending. There was some controversy about this at the time. Novice production companies started shying away from 2D animations, trying to ride a promotional wave originated from CGI characters. This turned out to be a great opportunity for experienced producers to leverage <a href=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/video\/animation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2D animation<\/a> for our projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A TV commercial we produced for AXIOM comes to mind. For this project, we leveraged the perspective of visually charged 2D assets. This allowed us to simulate 3D motions with a sharper look. This is a great way to make content memorable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-21948\" src=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a3-300x168.gif\" alt=\"3d animation\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a3-300x168.gif 300w, https:\/\/studio52.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/a3-768x429.gif 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contrast between complex motion and simple graphics works great generating visual weight.
