Refund & Cancellation

At Studio 52, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to your projects. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Service Cancellation


1.1. Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the service date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the service date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are non-refundable.


1.2. Cancellation by Studio 52:

  • If Studio 52 needs to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service.

2. Refund Policy


2.1. Service Fees:

  • Refunds are only applicable to the fees for the services provided by Studio 52. Any third-party costs incurred (such as permits, rentals, etc.) are non-refundable.


2.2. Quality Assurance:

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. We will review your concerns and offer solutions, which may include revisions or partial refunds based on the nature of the complaint.


2.3. Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for services that have already been rendered and delivered. However, we will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

3. Revisions and Modifications


3.1. Revision Requests:

  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. Studio 52 will provide a reasonable number of revisions based on the original scope of work.


3.2. Additional Costs:

  • Any revisions or modifications that fall outside the original scope of work may incur additional costs. These costs will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
